If you’re looking for a place that’s comfortable, warm and close to Barclay Reserve, and Sunshine Central, then this stylish retreat ticks all your boxes. On the ground floor, it’s a place to rest in front of the HD 55 inch TV, a place to work with its desk set up, a place to eat, a place to sleep for up to 4 people and everything you need to make you feel sharp at the start of the day with a coffee machine and a great shower! All this, and it’s quiet, yet super convenient.

It’s amazing how quiet it is inside this 1 bedroom apartment. With Barclay Reserve across the road attracting the local birdlife and baseball fans, you’ll enjoy that there is so much so close to this stylish pad. Grab a meal at the Sunshine City Club, or get involved at the Maltese Cultural Association, or you can walk under Anderson Road to Sunshine Marketplace Shopping Centre, Sunshine Plaza and beyond into Victoria University or City West Plaza to enjoy the gastronomic food delights of The Granary CafĂ©, Treviet, Gold Leaf (Chinese), Lazat Malaysian or Thuan An (Vietnamese). Points faibles : Propreté
Checkin process was not smooth, keypad was broken on arrival. Waited over an hour for host to arrive. He put us in another apartment which was old, dirty couch and had no internet which was not suitable for our needs. Keypad was fixed at 8:30pm at night and we moved into place we originally paid for...conditions werent much better.Couch was extermely dirty, had to put cover on top and very uncomfortable not as reflected in photo. Very dusty inside and windows were locked. Host contacted about dustiness and having no fresh air, cicrulation was terrible. Just said its dusty outside and aircon is on, aircon was just blowing dust and we could not get fresh air. We checked out earlier due to living conditions. Host said a refund had been processed but never was. Host has not responded to any communication attempts after. Would not recommend staying in this place or using this host for any bookings. It was more comfortable moving back home and staying in a house going through renovations.
