Situated on our stunning and private equestrian and English Leicester sheep property central to all hinterland and beachside attractions on the beautiful Mornington Peninsula. For the equestrian lovers, we are situated less than 10 minutes from Boneo Park Equestrian Centre. We also have a second villa sleeping 4. See separate listing. For groups of up to 6 you can book both villas. We welcome you to our property.

Beautifully appointed and furnished and newly renovated to the highest standards. Only two adjoining villas available. See separate listing for Villa No. 2. Gracie’s Lane Villa No. 1 consists of 1 king size bedroom, ensuite, living, dining and kitchenette space. Please note there is no oven or stove in the kitchenette. Private outdoor dining area with bbq facilities.
