The safe did not work, there was only one hand towel and one face towel for two people. There was no shower gel (container empty). Besides this they were going to charge for parking when there is more than ample parking to accommodate a full hotel - made no sense, thankfully it was waved by the person on check-in.

Disappointing Stay

The hotel looks much better in pictures than in reality. The property is quite run down and definitely in need of some updates and maintenance. The pool area was especially disappointing, no towels or restrooms available nearby, which meant walking to the lobby for basic needs. The towels provided were extremely small, more like toddler-sized, and the pool itself didn’t appear very clean. Service was also lacking. Requests to the room took a long time (if fulfilled at all), and I never received any housekeeping during my stay. The food was just okay, nothing to rave about. Ultimately, I decided to move to the Hilton on the beach for the last night of my trip. It was worth packing up and relocating just to have a better experience. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel based on my stay.

Very nice stay, breakfast was amazing definitely worth waking up in time to grab, staff was very nice and affable, there are some chips and paint that need to be fixed on room furniture and on balcony walls, parking is also at a high price per day and the area is not walkable so expect to spend $50+ dollars on parking if you’re staying four days or more but besides that great

I booked this hotel for a one night stay while passing through, primarily based on the positive reviews which now have me questioning their authenticity. While the lobby was clean and welcoming, the rest of the experience was disappointing. The room felt unclean, and the bathroom was especially concerning moldy, grimy, and clearly not maintained regularly. The pool is located directly in the parking lot, giving off more of a motel vibe than what I expected from the photos and reviews. Unfortunately, this stay didn’t live up to the high ratings I saw online. I would not choose this property again.
