I was surprised at how small the room was, not even a chair to sit on. The shower was very small and would not fit a large person in it, plus the water randomly went hot then cold which was very annoying! But there was no basin in the bathroom, just a sink in the tiny living area, now that was unusual!!

Easy walking distance to Bourke St mall and trams at end of the street. Always clean and tidy and the staff are super helpful. This is our 4th stay at this hotel.

The location is good, very central. They still do daily room servicing unlike a lot of hotels. It even has a good gym which is unusual for budget hotels.

Great for a short stay but being located in an alleyway gave it little hope of ambience. Was a reasonably cheap nightly rate and got a late checkout for free but I've never stayed in a hotel room where the bathroom sink is in the entrance hallway/bedrooms Facilities are minimal but would stay again for a short stay.
