Fire alarm went off during our stay at 3 AM. Elevators were quite slow, arriving at the property is a mess because there is construction and too many cars parked along the side of the road and then it dead ends.

My family own a cleaning business and i wasn’t very happy with cleanliness. Nice apartment although , long black hair on sponge under sink. Lots of crumbs in dishwasher. The doonas were very very thin - no spare blankets in rooms. We asked reception for an extra blanket and they said they don’t have any.
Upon stripping the beds when we were checking out I had noticed there was a very very large stain on one of the doonas - definitely looked like urine. There was lots of hairs /fluff on mattress protector.
It was very hard to reach reception via phone call - it went to voicemail everytime we called and instead we got a message sent to our phone to say we have to email or text a number to reach them.
At one point we couldn’t find our car and thought it had been stolen. Receptionist did not want to check camera footage and said it would take too long.
The door handle on door to apartment was loose , there was also some loose tilling on the balcony - so maybe a bit dangerous if you have young kids.
Overall the apartment was nice but I definitely feel more attention to detail is needed. Especially they should have a spare blanket in the bedrooms during winter when it is 2 degrees over night and the doona is about a centimetre thick.
If they fixed these issues it would be ok. But I think when you pay a few hundred dollars you should get what you pay for.
Great location in a wonderful suburb. Close to all the main connections for transport and the local market and shops. Clean and tidy apartments and curtious reception staffed 247. Will return again.
