Upstairs you will find the expansive living and dining areas with picturesque views of the deep blue sea, the main bedroom with access to the balcony, walk in robe and full ensuite. A further two bedrooms are located on this level along with a central kitchen which features stainless steel appliances including dishwasher, electric cooking and is very well equipped with all the necessary appliances.
Other features include ducted heating and split system heating/cooling, ceiling fans, a separate laundry with toilet, front balcony to enjoy the beautiful sunsets, a rear decking area for entertaining and gardens for you to enjoy. Circulare driveway - perfect for not having to reverse the boat and plenty of additional car parking.
Situated between the village of Mount Martha and Martha Cove Marina and only steps from the famous Pillars. This property will tick all your holiday needs
