Reception staff very friendly. Room very clean - shower excellent, beds and pillows very comfortable. Location is sensational quick walk to trams, local shops, Victoria Market and even the CBD not too far away. Guest kitchen clean and well set out. Was just what was needed for an overnight stay to see a concert.

Convient location and reasonably priced. Effective cooling and heating. Noise from hallway slightly loud. Also note you have to step up into the shower. Staff were friendly and helpful. We have stayed before and will likely stay again

The room was clean, the beds were comfortable, it was easy to find and check in/check out was simple. The staff were lovely. We could leave our bags safely after check out. The location was great - I would stay here again.
