my stay here wasnt the best, there is no complimentary water in the room, when I asked the receptionist about complimentary water, i was told to drink the tap water in the room in a very rude, i have stayed in many hotels world wide, each offering complimentary water, if no complimentary water then a water station is provided using my own bottle, this issue might mean nothing for others but for a travelling family with young kids, it matters

Mediocre stay

After travelling home for 23 hours we rang for our pickup and were told we had to wait 45 minutes!! So we had to pay for an uber. On check in we got a flippant apology and was not advised that we needed to book if we wanted dinner in restaurant, when we went to dinner no tables available for an hour! Breakfast and bed were good

We booked an early morning shuttle only to be told when we presented they had no driver, surely one of the 2 staff members could have done it, a 5min drive. The restaurant food was quite poor for the price charged.

Very pleased with hotel

Arrived at Melbourne Airport at 2130 hours and the hotel is a short walk away. The hotel is new and very stylish. Clean and modern. The room was a good size and had all that we required. A good night's sleep and it was very quiet. Breakfast selection was very good and we enjoyed it. We used the hotel courtesy bus to get back to the airport terminal in the morning. Very good hotel and would recommend for people needing a stop over close to the airport
