Nicely located within a 15 minute walk to the airport terminal, though a shuttle bus is also available if you have a bit of luggage. Also conveniently located to the T4 car park and bus terminal. Very clean and comfortable room with a good shower. Price for the night was reasonable and the check in/out process was quick and easy. Would definitely use this hotel again

Service above all else, this is the reason I come back to Accor hotels in Asia. Checkin was easy, airport shuttle available 24 hours, and the rooms still have the best beds and linens in the biz.

Dont be fooled - its NOT an AIRPORT Hotel.....

Great hotel - let down by being such a misleading location - NOT a walk-able distance from the Airport - sure its a 5 min Uber ride - but its a hell of a walk - especially from Qantas..... Room and service was great - staff friendly.

Brand new with excellent facilities. A little short staffed at reception who did their best to deal with a long queue of disgruntled passengers from a cancelled flight . Felt a little sorry for them. PS- Needs better signs from terminal , a little tricky to find.

Check-in process lets the hotel down - again

Excellent, modern facilities, clean & realsonably close to T4. Not a pleasant walk as still under construction & poorly sign-posted. Restaurant is nice with a great supervisor to facilitate food options when kitchen staff unable/unwilling to assist. Check-in & check-out really lets the hotel down though. They still have the ridiculous self check-in booths so the queues to speak to an actual person often meander out the door. Staff are also unfriendly at times, like the guy when we were checking out this morning. There are just not enough of them so I imagine they're under pressure.

Not the fault of the Novotel but there was road work outside and you couldn’t park outside the front door or the the road anywhere out front we did manage to stop and ask a staff member who was sitting out the other side she was helpful - roading staff were very unhelpful
