Please note there are security cameras at the front of property which shows the entrance of the property for the safety of the house and guests.

To ensure a pleasant stay for you and to keep good relations with our neighbours and local council, please consider our house rules before booking:

1.⁠ ⁠All outdoor areas are off-limits after 10:30 PM (this includes decks, balconies spas & pools)
2.⁠ ⁠No loud music and/or loud activities which can disturb neighbours at any time.
3.⁠ ⁠Only the number of guests specified in your booking is allowed unless prior approval is given.
4.⁠ ⁠The maximum amount of guests allowed on the property at any time during the day or night is 6.
