Enjoy a UNIQUE stay in the Romantic Cottage with all the modern comforts. Air conditioning, Wifi, laundry, fully equipped kitchen, romantic bathroom w/tub for 2 plus shower. The cottage has 1 King plus two fold out beds: 1 double and 1 twin. The cottage is on a shared .64 acre property with a main house, 2 cottages and Airstream. Excellent location across the street from the gorgeous Indian River. All guests can enjoy an air conditioned Florida Room, swimming pool and Pickleball court.

Romantic Cottage has 30 amp RV hook up available for additional $35 per night fee (gray/black hook up not available). The stand-alone Cottage is on a shared .64 acre property with a main house, two cottages and Airstream. Excellent location across the street from the gorgeous Indian River and walking distance to Bonefish Willy`s Restaurant (at 2459 Pineapple Ave) & 1 mile from small town with several river front park, local shops and restaurants called the `Eau Gallie Art District`

All guests can enjoy an air conditioned Florida Room, grill, swimming pool, basketball, and Pickleball court-shared space for guests to enjoy.

This is a multi unit property. The main house, the Romantic Cottage, Cozy Cottage and/or Airstream can be rented. Please inquire about links to our other listings.

General Rules:
1. Check-in/Check-out: Check-in is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 10 AM.
2. No Smoking or Vaping: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the units and patio areas. Courtesy Is Contagious - Please do not smoke around other guests.
3. No Pets: Pets are not allowed unless prior approval is given. Unauthorized pets will incur a $500 fee.
4. AC: Please do not run AC below 70 degrees & keep doors and windows closed. Kindly adjust the temperature to 76 when leaving for the day.
4. Quiet Hours: Please respect quiet hours from 9 PM to 8 AM. This ensures a peaceful environment for all guests and keeps the neighbors happy.
5. No Parties or Events: Unauthorized parties or events are not allowed. All guests must be registered. Additional guests must be pre-approved by the host.

Services:
6. Garbage Pick Up: Guests should take garbage (green lids) to the road Tuesday & Friday mornings. Recycling (yellow lids) Wednesday morning.
7. Lawn Service comes once a week - usually Wednesdays
8. Pool Service comes twice a week. We do not have a pool cage which is wonderful to be in the sun. You can expect some tree debris to fall into the pool between cleanings. Please rinse before entering the pool. Ocean water can cause the pool water to get out of balance.

Safety:
9. Supervise Children: Children must be supervised at all times, especially around the pool and other potentially hazardous areas.
10. Pool Rules: IMPORTANT! Please do not touch the pool valves. We do not have hot tub service & changing the pool valves can destroy the pool pump. Kindly keep the auto-fill device attached to the hose in the pool. It keeps the pool water above the skimmer. Please keep the pool area clean and ensure safety by not propping open doors. No glassware near the pool.
11. Pickleball Equipment: Please do not leave balls and rackets outside.
12. Children are not permitted to stay overnight in the units without an adult for their safety. Additionally, unsupervised children can inadvertently lead to property damage, which may result in charges for damages to your account. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Cleanliness:
13. Clean Up Spills Immediately: Please clean up any spills to avoid stains and damage. Stanley Steamer can charge well over $100 for stain removal.
14. No Daily Housekeeping: The property is self-catering. Please keep common areas clean and dispose of trash properly.
15. Please keep tidy up pool and patio areas when leaving so it stays nice for other guests.

Amenities:
16. Use of Grill: The grill is available for use. Please clean it after use and ensure the gas is turned off. Ace Hardware and Circle K sell propane.
17. Respect the Thermostat Settings: Please do not set the AC below 70°F. Close doors and windows when AC is running.
18. Supplies Provided: We provide basic supplies to get you started, including toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods, and basic bath soaps. We do not supply laundry soap.

Respect for Property:
19. Report Damages: Report any damages or maintenance issues immediately to the host. Extra cleaning and Damages will be charged to your account.
20. Food and Drinks: Keep food and drinks in designated areas to avoid spills and attracting pests.

Guests:
21. Maximum Occupancy: Do not exceed the maximum occupancy listed in the booking.
22. Additional Guests: All additional guests must be registered and approved by the host.
