My previous stay here was amazing, however this time, not so much. This is unfortunate as I would recommend this hotel and stay here again but I do think it is dependent on the day/staff. The other night I stayed, Belinda was amazing, so helpful and friendly and my room was immaculate. Last night however, I was put on a different level and the quality of the room just wasn’t as good. I also discovered a large cockroach in the room last night and when I told the gentleman at the desk this morning, his response was as though he didn’t believe me. Very disappointing.
