Welcome to our 3-bedroom holiday home on a quiet and leafy street and family-friendly-oriented neighbourhood. Located in Coburg North, a perfect blend of city living and multicultural environment, and being close to Melbourne city centre, you'll be just a short distance away from a variety of attractions, restaurants, shops, schools, and local amenities.
As you step inside into this traditional house you'll be greeted by the cozy and inviting atmosphere with the living area enveloped in natural light streaming through large-size windows. The flat-screen smart TV in the comforts and warmth of sofas, provide full relaxation after the hectic travelling schedule. Having a rich history spanning more than four decades, our house has received attentive care to details. While you might observe subtle signs of its age in certain areas, be confident that our home is fully furnished and thoughtfully stocked with all the necessary amenities and consumables to provide you with an enjoyable experience. The property offers good size bedrooms, kitchen area, Laundry room, separate bathroom and toilet and appeal to large family of six adults or those looking for more extra space and to feel home away from home. The all bedrooms feature 3 queen-sized beds, with good quality mattresses, and linens that promise restful and sound sleep in the night. Plenty of storage space and full-sized wardrobes ensures that you can unpack and settle in comfortably. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials you need to cook delicious meal. The complimentary tea/coffee, and sugar ensure that your morning is started with total relaxation.
A washing machine, iron, and ironing board are available for your convenience.
A starter pack of toiletries is provided for approximately the first 3 days of your stay. Guests staying longer are kindly asked to bring their own toiletries.

right next to station. only 20 minutes to the City by train. not far from ring road entrance for other parts of city by car. small shopping center across road with 3 coffee shops and convenience store. Playground across road. Supermarket only 10 minutes walk. On negative side this is an old house that has never been upgraded ( and will probably never will be) Lots of issues that property owner needs to address
