What a great place for a 2-night stay for a shuttle launch! The location is perfect—close to everything we needed. There was plenty of room for everyone to sleep comfortably, and the kids went straight for all the games the moment we arrived. A wonderful spot for both relaxation and fun!

Comfortable pool home

This home was comfortable, had everything we needed and more. The bunk bed was listed as a twin size, but it's definitely bigger. For those traveling with the little ones, the back door has extra locks that are high for extra safety. The host was fantastic!

Perfect

This place was perfectly centered for our stay in Merritt Island. It’s a quick drive to Cocoa Beach and has a plenty of options for food or shopping around. The property is very clean, has plenty to do in it, including a pool, foosball table, and an old school arcade game. William and Tatiana were very easy to communicate with and were able to assist anytime we had a question. We would highly recommend.

Great location , clean and updated rental

LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION a group of co workers stayed there because we were heading into Orlando (45 min) for a conference but did Casino Cruise in Cape Canaveral which was 15 min Uber. We also got to see Space X shuttle take off from the pool (that was really cool to see). Place is renovated and extremely clean. 3 mins from Publix. Zero complains plus hosts were extremely accessible via app for any communication needed.

A baseball getaway

We chose this house based on the proximity to the Space Coast Complex Stadium for our son to play baseball. Only a fraction of our family ended up staying in the house because we ended up not being able to attend the tournament since we continued on in the NJ high school state finals and won at the same time we were supposed to be in FL. The family members who were able to stay thoroughly enjoyed their stay. The only complaint was the washer and dryer were out of use. If we had been there for baseball this would have been a problem, but since it was just a few members of our family staying we didn't even contact the owner, however, we would have appreciated a heads up that we wouldn't have access to laundry. Overall, the house was quite comfortable.
