Great place

Food options were your typical hotel food but it wasn’t bad. The beds are a little uncomfortable but still able to sleep decent. Other than that everything else was amazing. It was clean, staff were very nice and helpful. We will definitely be staying there again when we visit family

Dated rooms. Air conditioning didn’t work very well. Pool nice. Location good for stopover for Miami Airport and near to Everglades Alligator Farm.

We were not fans of the mattress or pillows. We also had a problem with our shower and had the maintenance man in our room pretty late at night. He fixed it and was super friendly! Overall it was okay.

The hotel was mostly as expected but the beds were terrible. Very uncomfortable and in need of replacement. The mattresses both had a huge divit in the middle. The room was in need of a deep clean as the floors were dirty and bathroom was a bit grungey. The breakfast was decent, the pool was pretty good and staff were nice.
Mattresses need to be replaced!

Florida city stay

The fact that you all allowed us to check in at such a late time was enough great service but over the phone Ms. Juanita was very helpful & eager to help me out pertaining to information & checking in. There were no complaints from my family, our beds were clean, shower was clean & all the lights worked as well as outlets. Only thing I will mention that was an issue was the connection on the tv, we couldn’t watch anything on disney + due to internet & tv connection. Even after having someone help us from staff the connection wasn’t there.
