I wasn’t thrilled at the idea of staying at a Best Western because I haven’t had the best experiences in the past with them but I was pleasantly surprised with this facility. We stayed a night on our way to Key West on motorcycles. It was super convenient, clean and the staff was very nice! When we checked out and hit the road to head to Key West, we realized my boyfriend had left his insulin in the room refrigerator. It was too late to turn around so I called the hotel and they immediately went to our room, got the insulin and put it in the staff refrigerator. After our night in Key West, we returned to the Best Western, retrieved the insulin and stayed another night. The staff was great, the property was nice, convenient to many restaurants with quick Ubers and in a nice area. Will definitely stay here if I’m in the area again!

The location was great for seeing all the local places (both near and far) and was in general a quiet place to get some rest. The breakfast was great for starting the day and the staff were very friendly to talk to.

My family and I had a great stay here! The staff was super friendly and welcoming. The pool was really nice, and the breakfast was good with plenty of options. I also appreciated the 24/7 coffee and cold water available. The room was clean overall, though the bathroom had a slight urine smell. Aside from that, everything was comfortable, and I’d definitely consider staying here again!

The floor and bathrooms were filthy. We forgot to take an unopened expensive bottle of wine from the fridge in room 159 and called immediately and they denied it was there. We were to return 5 days later and cancelled the booking. We have many friends that use that hotel so we will pass the word.

Friendly staff. Easy check in. The room was clean. Outdated hotel but overall clean. The beds and pillows are hard and need to be upgraded for sure. It’s really the only complaint my husband and I had, very uncomfortable to sleep on.

Comfortable for short stay

We've stayed here several times. Adequate hotel for the area. Convenient to the Florida Keys and Everglades National Park. Basic accommodations with many conveniences within walking distance.

Good Basic Motel but Needs Updating

Disappointed in the run-down condition of the room. Shower/tub water would not shut off completely even after maintenance tried to fix. Not a real problem but a waste of water. Had to have maintenance come in to fix the toilet as well as it was clogged. The remainder of our stay I had to take the toilet apart and fix the float to make that appliance stop running once flushed.

Really dirty and dingy property with folks smoking everywhere. There are red stains on the bed side table and the bathroom looks like it is falling apart. The clogger in the bathtub was stuck. We ended up unscrewing it and it stinks. It's not best Western but Worst Western!
