• This is a privately owned condo within Lyfe Resort, not a traditional hotel room.

• The residence is located on a high floor and is accessible by elevator.

• The unit has partial ocean views, rather than a direct unobstructed oceanfront view.

• Weekends and high-season periods can be busy, and elevator wait times may occasionally occur. Please allow extra time when coming and going.

• Quiet hours are 10:00 PM–7:00 AM and are strictly enforced.

• Parties and events are not permitted.

• The number of guests must match the reservation and may be monitored by building security.

• Children should be supervised while using the balcony.

• Housekeeping can be arranged for an additional fee.

• Pets may be permitted with an additional fee and subject to applicable building rules.

• Resort and parking fees are separate from the accommodation rate and are subject to building policies.
