The staff here is amazing!! Friendly, very helpful, knowledgeable and made my stay an absolute delight, from the concierge/check-in desk to the maitre d’ at the restaurant! The free shuttle to the airport is exceptional, going every hour. The hot breakfast is delicious, with bacon as well, all sorts of pastries and fresh fruits. For dinner I had a dish that was so good, perfectly made - a specialty local pasta dish - very pleased. The beds, of course, are always amazing and the showers - let’s just say that the first thing i thought of when j saw the name “Doubletree” was the exceptional beds and showers, and they were they were!

The airport shuttle was difficult to locate due to construction at the airport. The door 9 wasn't visible. Simple exit lower level from last available door 10. It's much clearer than rhe directions given bu hotel. Then we missed it due to the poor directions and had to wait 1 hour. The shuttle is on an hourly schedule and doesn't come when guest call. I wouldn't recommend this hotel. It just ok.
