There is a long-term rental studio unit within the property that is occupied by a single person. It is located on the other side of the house. It has a separate entrance away from the main house.

The yard/lawn, patio and pool, front garden and entrance is separated by a fence for full privacy and security.

Please note: In accordance with Hawai‘i state law, this property may not be rented for fewer than 30 consecutive days. Rental rates will remain fixed and will not be prorated or adjusted based on the number of days the home is occupied within the 30-day rental period.
