To provide this service, we require a photo of yourself holding your ID to verify your identity, to be emailed or texted to our reservations department, no later than 24 hours prior to arrival. There is no smoking allowed inside the property, on balconies/rooftop decks (Sable), or within 25 feet of the property. Fees will be assessed for smoking inside any part of the property, including common areas (Sable). âą No events! This home is designed for families and responsible adults. Restrictions include, but are not limited to: Weddings and wedding celebrations, bachelorette/bachelor gatherings, and reunions. âą Only homes specifically labeled âPet Friendlyâ on the listing permit dogs; all other homes are strictly no-pet properties. Guests must notify the Minnestay team in advance if bringing a dog, and pet fees apply starting at $150. Most Pet Friendly homes allow a maximum of one dog unless otherwise approved. Certified Service Animals are welcome at all properties with prior notice; emotional support animals are not considered Service Animals under this policy. âą This property may have a noise monitoring device on the interior of the home. Additional noise monitoring devices may be located in gathering spaces on the exterior of the home, as well (does not apply to Sable). âą Please note that you are staying in a private home and not a hotel. We expect that you will treat it with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to resolve them as quickly as we are able. âą Consumable amenities provided by Minnestay are not refilled during stay. âą Additional daytime or overnight visitors are not permitted without prior approval. âą Please follow all posted instructions for fire pits, grills, hot tubs, saunas and other amenities that may be located on the premise. Guests are responsible for safe and proper use of all equipment. âą All guests must comply with local ordinances, including noise, occupancy, and parking regulations. Any violation that results in fines or penalties may be passed on to the guest. âą Guests are responsible for damages that occur during their stay. This is a very clean apartment with free parking located in the heart of the North Loop. Excellent spot to stay for Target Field, North Loop dining and fun, Fillmore, Acme Comedy etc⊠property management is extremely professional and easy to get ahold of. Would definitely stay again.
Overall great stay. Clean, plenty of space for a single person or a couple. Note that there is no door on the bedroom. Adorable rooftop deck. Great parking, easy walk to Target Field and lots of great restaurants. Would stay again!
Small property (about 10 units per floor) so definitely felt super comfy/cozy. Check in process was easy enough to navigate through. Location is close to EVERYTHING Minneapolis has to offer. Amenities in the apartment were thoughtful, but some of the kitchenware (pots and pans) were not cleaned thoroughly as they still had burned food marks on them!
We were fortunate to secure tickets to the Olympic Trials for Gymnastics at the Target Center. This was the perfect location for us - easy train to the venue, walking distance to fantastic breweries & restaurants. The unit was clean, airy and bright. Very modern and well appointed at every level. Loved the roof top deck and sitting area on the main level. We would stay here again.
The Sable apartment was just as described, immaculate and comfortable. There are countless places to dine and drink in the lively neighborhood. And just a walk from the Twins stadium. We would stay here again!
The studio was amazing and perfect location. Loved all the restaurants, friendly bars and shopping. Close to interstate to be able drive to my work. Loved all the security.
Loved the condo and the neighborhood. Walkable to several restaurants and coffee shops. Very clean property and it was equipped with everything you need for your stay. Would definitely rent again!
Have stayed at this property previously. Love the convenience of the location in relation to all the options the North Loop offers. The property was everything we expected and wanted.
This isnât a typical VRBO. More like a corporate rental. Location is great. The space is small -itâs a studio. Kitchen is a waste, as thereâs no room or furniture to actually eat anything you make -small couch & coffee table. The room itself isnât in great shape. Marks on walls, dirty carpet, cheap furnishings.
My biggest issue was the absolutely ludicrous booking and checkin process.
Most VRBO, use your credit card online and done. Here, after the normal cc purchase, you will fill out a web form with all of the same info, PLUS take a picture of the front and back of your card. Security nightmare and complete overkill and hassle.
Checking in, be ready to stand outside trying to figure out a text, email, portal combo that provides only about 80% of the info you need anyway. Parking is included, but gym is not.
Overall, a downtown hotel would have been a nicer, better value, hassle-free choice for me.
This is the second time stating here at Sable 86. We like the area and the safety of the building.
We love the area and what is nearby which is the fitness center, FGMNT coffee, and a bunch of restaurants downstairs or nearby close enough to walk. We came back for these reasons but mainly the hospitality of the Minnestay team, and the look, atmosphere, layout and comfort of our rental. We will definitely stay here again and again. If feels like our home when we are away from home

Loved the modern look! It was everything we wanted it to be. Parking and check in process was difficult not knowing where anything was, but after we figured that out, it was a breeze to get in and out of parking as well as use the key fobs! Canât wait to come back and utilize more of the amenities as well as the restaurants around! Have to try the coffee shop right below!
Came for a work trip, also family in area. Very convenient and lots of great places to eat around within walking distance. Very clean and good amenities.
Nice condos in new building, with attached parking ramp and a dedicated parking space. Everything worked smoothly from the no-contact check in and check out, to the good hi speed wifi. Restaurants are in the adjacent buildings, with a nice coffee shop next door in The Nordic building. Very recommended!
