My original room was on the third floor which had been the smoking floor some years ago. When I entered the room the smell of smoke was still very strong. Fortunately the customer service from the gentleman at the front desk was excellent and he got me a ground floor room that was, fresh, clean and comfortable with no odors.

Only negative is that my room’s wear & tear was obvious and could use an update. Like more outlets and some USB ports. Some bathroom fixtures showed wear and small stains. It was a very clean room, though.

Unfortunately they let bigger dog stay on property and 2 big dogs got loose in the common area for several minutes and if you’ve ever been bitten by a dog it’s a horrible feeling to be surrounded by dogs with no one around for even a minute 😟

The room was very stuffy with poor air ventilation, the air conditioner's high mode was like a slow mode. This place wasnt worth the money. Ill stay to holiday inn in the future.

Staff was amazing , assistant general manager “Chatey” was great also the night shift people were great “ Devin and Noah “ , they were all great help !!! Hotel is very clean , breakfast is as good as what you expect for the pay. Room didn’t have any bad smell or any bugs so that is also great. Location is fantastic, everything you might want is close by. I definitely recommend this nice hotel
