Checkout nightmare!!!

Everything about my stay was okay (even though there was no TV remote in my room) except the check out. Apparently, my room had a history of problems with the lock. My card key would not work, so I was locked out of my room when I was trying to get back into my room to check out after breakfast. The delay to get the lock fixed caused me to be late for checking out and delays for everyone in my party who were waiting for me. I complained to the manager my concerns and she promised me a phone call later which I never received.

I think you guys should create an enclosed area between the main casino building and the Alder to get from 1 area to the next esp rain or cold weather.

This is one of the top three nicest hotels I have stayed at in my life. Our room was absolutely beautiful. The bed was huge of you was nice. Great mattress! Great pillows staff was incredibly friendly not to mention the casino and all of the nice restaurant choices. I love the area around there

Unfortunately they could not find my reservation right away. It took about 15 minutes with searching and help from the manager. Theg stated there was power outage earlier the day before and that maybe the syatem did not reset itself.
