Disappointed... Our room floor was dirty, also it smelled bad when warmed up, we had to keep these window open most of the time. The hotel was renovated but they cut many corners, obviously it was a smoking room before and they never had really got rid of the smell from the walls and the furniture. The rating on Hotels. Com is misleading.

The room was clean and confortable. Only thing I did not like is that breakfast area is in a different building and that it closes at 10am during the weekend. It is very early in my opinion especially since we need to go in another building.

After speaking with hotel staff they attempted to rectify situation and could not reach management to assist. Left within 3 hours of paying and now they refuse to refund me. DO NOT STAY…
