Beautiful barn conversion set in the hills & forests of the Creemore area.

Whippoorwill Farm Barn sits nestled in the forests and highlands of Mulmur next to the Niagara Escarpment. Originally a drive shed built and milled by the trees it replaced in the forest, part of it has been lovingly converted into a 3 bedroom dwelling gently living alongside the wildlife already there.

Finished in 2024 and designed with a distinctly Scandinavian sensibility, the barn represents a new generation of special places to stay.

In the surrounding area are many trails (including the Bruce Trail a few kilometres away) and fantastic cycling, fishing, and walking opportunities. 10 miniutes drive is the picturesque village of Creemore.

As they say themselves: "Smiling neighbours and friendly shopkeeperss welcome you to their community, while independent restaurateurs and business owners can’t wait to share their passions.

Home to Creemore Springs Brewery and North America’s smallest jail, the community hosts a weekly farmers’ market and many annual events, offering ample opportunity for visitors and residents to come together to celebrate rural Ontario living."

Jim and Gill, owners of Whippoorwill Farm will happily work around your needs, ranging from having a fridge already stocked with local home made produce, or a wood fire ready to go, or to leaving you well alone to enjoy the restorative magic that lives in this enchanting area.

Being so close to all the ski hills (Mansfield Ski Club and Devils Glen especially) we're happy to consider longer term winter rentals at a reduced price.
