Need elevator repair immediately

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: On the second day of our stay we were trapped in the only working elevator for 45 minutes along with ten other people. The front staff was very unhelpful in our situation!!!! The fire department was a wonderful help!!!
