Situated on 18 acres in beautiful Musk is the sophisticated Olive Grove. This well equipped property features seven spacious bedrooms and five stylish bathrooms accommodating up to 13 guests for the ultimate country retreat. Walk the expansive orchards, play a game of giant chess, lay on the banks of the private dam or simply soak it all in with a glass of wine from neighboring Passing Clouds Winery as you watch the sunset from the balcony.
The Space:
This thoughtfully renovated two-story country estate brings a mediteranian feel to the picturesque Victorian countryside. Updated with polished floorboards, luxurious furnishings, log fire and flat screen TV, the spacious living and area blend in seamlessly with the large outdoor entertaining deck and provide the perfect space for entertaining. Large windows and glass sliding doors ensure guests can enjoy the view no matter what the weather while split system heating and cooling throughout the home offer year round comfort.
A large wooden dining table and spacious kitchen emphasise utility and practicality without compromising on style. Marble bench-tops and modern pendant lights enhance the large kitchen area which is perfect for catering to a large group. Moving out onto the decking you will find an outdoor setting and large BBQ for alfresco dining as you take in the views.
The seven light-filled bedrooms at Olive Grove are contemporary and comfortable, complete with beautiful bedroom furnishings and artwork. One of the bedrooms is located in a detached studio, which features a wood fire, TV, bathroom and separate kitchenette. The bathrooms have been beautifully renovated with marble basins period fixtures and walk-in showers, and some bathrooms feature gorgeous clawfoot bathtubs for the ultimate relaxation experience.
Olive Grove is elegant and understated. Perfect for groups of all sizes this property is perfect for those looking to escape the chaos of the city without compromising on style or convenience.
The Neighborhood:
Olive Grove, while private and secluded, is conveniently located just a few minutes drive from Daylesford in beautiful Musk. The property is right next door to Passing Clouds Winery and Prani Glow Day Spa, and just a short drive to nearby Dairy Flat Farm and the Daylesford Cidery.
Daylesford and surrounding region has long been considered a special place of healing, relaxation and indulgence. Nestled at the foothills of the Great Dividing Range, the region is most famously known for its natural mineral springs and is home to some of the best restaurants, cafeâs, galleries, wineries and distilleries regional Victoria has to offer. Located just under an hour and a half from Melbourne, the region is home to some of Australiaâs most spectacular natural landscapes brimming with native flora and fauna. Getting Around:
There is a limited bus service operating between our beautiful towns. The PTV website will provide the most up to date schedule/timetable. There is a taxi and maxi-taxi local service which can be contacted. Unfortunately Uber has not quite reached us yet.

There is a large private unfenced dam on the property - Children should be supervised at all times. The Daylesford Heritage train line runs past the property (this operates only on weekend) if you are out and about exploring the grounds, children should be supervised and all guests remain diligent near the track. Please be mindful due to the property's rural location that Internet can be intermittent. This unfortunately is beyond our control.
We also have an onsite groundskeeper called David who is present at the property 4 days a week (Mon-Thu) between 8am and 1pm who is responsible for keeping the grounds looking as beautiful as they are. Please say hello! if you wish to.
