The lady on duty for our 12/24 stay was very friendly and polite. Our room was very clean. The bed was comfortable. Unfortunately, we could not stay for the breakfast, as we had to start our travel home early.

We love staying at Hyatt Place Mystic! We visit annually in December to celebrate the holidays. Customer service is great, common areas and rooms are very clean, and it is quiet at night which is a plus. My only complaint is that the breakfast is no longer complimentary. In a world where everyone is nickeled and dimed it was nice to have that service.
