I did not get the room type I reserved. The room was in good condition but there is a big difference between reserving a king suite and getting a double suite. Getting the room type reserved would improve this reservation.

The room was not clean. The sink was dirty, an item from a previous guest was in the room, and a piece of trash was on the carpet. We were also charged $5 for water we did not drink. The positives were that the bed was comfortable and the front desk staff were welcoming and friendly.
