Overall all we enjoyed our stay. Pros: perfect location for us, newer appliances, comfortable beds, adequate parking, quiet neighbors, very clean houseWe felt a few things could improve. Cons: warm on upper level and no fans for circulation; upper shower is quite small so our family used the main floor shower; basic kitchen supplies need replenishing: Saran Wrap, foil, sugar

We loved staying at your property while we were in the area for our son’s wedding. The home was exactly as advertised and was a lovely place to stay. Very clean, bright, very well stocked and excellent communication from the host. We would love to stay here again someday!

A Great Stay!

After a horrible experience with a host on the other platform, we had to book this less than a week before our trip. Ian's place was clean and cute. The entire house is updated and comfortable. Ian was responsive and helpful throughout the trip. If we are ever back in the area, we would stay here again. My only suggestion would be tvs in the bedrooms :) Both sets of stairs are small and steep so may not be ideal for older people but there is a bedroom and full bath on the main floor and going in the front door allows you to avoid them.

Our week of Thanksgiving stay was phenomenal, deserving a full 5 stars. Located in the Mystic area, we enjoyed easy access to local attractions and downtown. The home was spotless and wonderfully maintained, making us feel welcome immediately. The hosts excelled in communication, staying attentive from booking to checkout, making our stay seamless. The property matched its detailed description, with cozy living spaces, comfortable beds and enough space for everyone. Exceeding our expectations, this charming place left us with great memories. Highly recommended for a Mystic experience!

60th birthday celebration

This house was perfect for our celebration for our girlfriend Mary 60th birthday. It was clean. It was so close to town so we were able to walk into Mystic. We would definitely come here again. It was very clean and pretty just like the pictures.

Sweet and Cozy Stay in Mystic, CT

My husband, his parents, and I recently stayed at this sweet little home in Mystic for a week. We came for our niece's wedding in a town nearby. Our main requirement was needing accommodations with a ground floor bedroom and bathroom for the parents, room for my husband and I, and room for our a couple other family members in case they needed it (ended up just the four of us)...this home fit the bill. The home has darling style, super cozy, very clean, and had plenty of room for us to spread out. The stairs could be a challenge for older folks, but adds to the charm of the home...and again, the main floor bedroom solves that potential problem. And we chose well staying in Mystic! We arrived a few days before the wedding, so we were able to explore the food, shopping and sightseeing downtown, and the Mystic Seaport Museum (a surprising delight-my husband cannot stop talking about it), and surrounding towns. Thanks to Ian for such great communication with us and for such an easy and nice stay...hoping we'll be back some day.

Comfortable home close to all Mystic has to offer

We had a great stay in Ian’s Mystic home. Entire house is tastefully renovated with a modern look and all the necessities are provided. For our family of 4, it was perfect for a short stay! The outdoor area with the fire pit was lovely. As others have noted, the home is close to other properties so it you’re outside, there is little privacy. (Not an issue, just a note). The home is located on a very steep hill, no issue for us but could be a challenge for others.

Fantastic stay in Mystic

We couldn’t have picked a nicer home for our family vacation. Your less than a 10 minute walk to historic downtown/surrounding attractions and a very quick car ride to Mystic Village and the aquarium. The added bonus are the RI beaches just a 20 minute car ride away. Ian’s communication and responsiveness was impeccable. We look forward to coming back again.

Stunning home in incredible location!

My husband and I stayed here over our wedding weekend and it was better than we even expected! The beds were so comfortable and the house was impeccably clean and beautifully decorated. Ian was a great host and made sure we had everything we needed. Easy to walk to fun spots like the Engine Room! This house just checks all the boxes for a relaxing stay in Mystic. I already want to come back!

Cute and comfortable in a great location

This house was perfect for a girls trip to the area. Everything was super clean and well stocked. The beds were very comfortable even the pull out couch was super cozy. The location is a quick walk to popular restaurants and shopping in Mystic and also close by to other nearby attractions like the casinos, vineyards and Rhode Island Beaches. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again.

Great all around stay

We loved our stay here and it was very accommodating for our 98 year old grandfather and a baby. We loved that we could walk to town to enjoy all the restaurants and local places. Ian was great to communicate with and was very helpful throughout our stay.

Perfect Stay in Mystic

The finishes were beautifully done. Bedrooms were spacious. My bed was so comfortable! Amazing location......we walked into downtown Mystic every night.....just a few short blocks. Looking forward to staying there again! Highly recommend
