Absolutely ideal layout and location for a much-needed family celebration. Just 5 mins from the Mercato shopping/dining area as well as the beach. The pool and outdoor areas were spotless. Bonus points for high quality linens in all the rooms and bathrooms. Communication with the management team was quick and effortless.

Naples home

House was beautiful, clean linens, houes had high technology with pool contols through an app. Property is perfect for a family stay and the host was fantastic with amazing communication. We were upset to find small roaches and ants all over the kitchen and bathrooms, would advise to not leave any food out or it will be destroyed. Host was notified of the situation hopefully they fix this home soon.

Good location to Vanderbilt Beach

The house was in good repair and large enough for an adult family of six. The kitchen was well appointed for family meals, and the large island was definitely a plus. The pool and spa were clean, and the app worked well. The house was in a good location to Vanderbilt Beach which was only 10 for parking for the day. The only issue was a developing pest control concern. Perhaps the neighborhood rooster is attracting unwanted critters/bugs. It would be of benefit for the pest control company to spray inside, in addition to outside.

Nice new house. There were a lot of bugs in the kitchen, we had to spray Raid at the beginning of our stay. I think it could benefit from an exterminator visit.

The property manager was awesome. Spacious enough for 6 adults and 4 kids. Pool and hot tub area was perfect for kids. Very close to beaches and restaurants. Clean and comfortable. Would stay here again for sure!

Christmas Vacation Stay

We stayed at a Vrbo over Christmas, and overall, it worked well for our family. The house was clean and spacious, which we appreciated. However, there were a few drawbacks. The kitchen wasn’t well-equipped for a family that likes to cook—many of the pots and pans were in poor shape. We ran out of toilet paper and paper towels for the cost of the rental you shouldn’t have to make an emergency run for toiletries. We also had an early wake-up call from the rooster next door, which starts crowing at 5:30 AM!The pool was another challenge. You had to download an app to control it, and even then, it was tricky to manage the motors and settings. While the stay was fine, these issues made it less seamless than we’d hoped.Sidenote! If you’re wanting to go to the beach, there is no beach chairs at the house or coolers. You would have to purchase them. They did have beach umbrellas.

Overall this house was great! Very spacious and comfortable for large groups. The backyard is a really nice place to hang out and relax. I would definitely stay here again!

This trip to Naples with this property manager, Jennifer was excellent. The house was perfect for all 6 of us. We traveled with our adults kids and their girlfriends. The house was clean and the outdoor kitchen with the pool area was fabulous. The location is great for restaurants, fishing, beaches, and of course, shopping. Jennifer as the property manager was not just that. She responded to any and all my questions while staying on the property. She was also a great resource for activity and restaurant suggestions. She is a huge asset for this property. If you are planning a trip to Naples which is amazing in and of itself, this property is the one for you!
