This luxurious open-concept home has a heated pool & amazing lake views. The property features a gated entry, a deluxe chef’s kitchen & wine cooler.

There is an elegant formal dining room with a decorative coffered ceiling; a large family room with plank wood flooring & a custom wall unit with an electric fireplace and a 75" TV niche. The master bedroom has a large walk-in closet, master & guest baths with seamless glass shower enclosure, custom framed mirrors, a Smart TV & upgraded lighting.

The large utility room with a custom built-in office; a screened-in patio with an outdoor kitchen and paved pool deck with long lake views. Additionally, there is a new LG washer & dryer. The entire house has upgraded LED lighting.

Riverstone has incredible amenities including a state-of-the-art lifestyle complex, a full-time social director, a heated resort-style pool, a lap pool & spa, a fitness center, 5 lit tennis courts, a pickleball, a basketball, a playground, a water play area & picnic pavilion.

Wonderful stay in Naples

This is a lovely home that is clean and well maintained. We loved our six week stay. The backyard pool area is perfect for relaxing. Communication with the owners was easy. Check in and check out was also very easy. I highly recommend!

Great home in Naples.

The house was great. The cleanest vrbo home we have ever rented. The owners could not have been more responsive. Instead of 2 rolls of toilet paper and paper towels there was a closet full. Beer and soda in the wine cooler. A great bottle of wine upon arrival. We cook at home a fair amount and asked for a few kitchen items. They were sent out by Amazon immediately. They have incredibly fast wifi and a full service of xfinity cable. This was a great home to spend almost 7 weeks at. Only sorry it’s not availble for next winter can’t recommend it more

Winter Paradise

We had the pleasure of staying at the house for the winter season and had an exceptional experience. Upon arrival, the house was clean, organized and stocked with everyday household items such as dish soap, hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, etc. which took the stress out of going to the store as soon as we got there. There was even a warm welcome with snacks, drinks and dessert, which was greatly appreciated. There was plenty of closet space with hangers provided. The pool was clean and the outside chairs were very comfortable. We enjoyed floating around the pool while overlooking the lagoon and looking out at the beautiful sunsets. The Sarkissian’s were very prompt in responding to any of our questions and requests. We can’t say enough nice things about our stay and look forward to staying there again in the future!

Our Second Awesome Stay

Beautifully decorated home. All the conveniences. Fun pool and pool area and much used lanai. Easy to get to many restaurants, Publix, CVS, the beach, etc. You can’t go wrong staying here.

Wonderful

This was our first extended stay in Naples. This home was perfect. It exceeded all our expectations. We felt truly at home here. The furnishings and decor were all top notch. Loved the open concept. We loved the pool and lanai. The sunsets were AWESOME. The neighborhood was great and the location was convenient. It was hard to leave here. The owners Jen and Alexis were wonderful. They were very thoughtful and attentive. We hope to return annually if possible.

Perfect Seclusion

Everything about this home was 5 star. My boyfriend and I spent the month at this lovely home and it was a stay unlike any other. The owners were so helpful throughout the booking process, during our stay, and even until we made it back home. The home is beautiful and the pictures do not even do it justice - it is breathtaking. The owners left us a welcome basket with a handwritten very thoughtful note we saw upon immediately entering the home. They gave ample advice on places to see and eat and stocked the home with everything you could need on vacation. The owners were so warm and friendly and their service - while miles away - was better then any hotel I have ever stayed at! They even offered to ship home anything we could not fit in the car. This home was worth every penny for our month stay and we are already dreaming to return if the opportunity presents itself. I cannot say enough great things - even the neighbors were lovely to meet on our walks! Thanks again for everything!

Everything we wanted and more!

This house has it all and the description given by the owners is totally accurate! The house is clean, bright, up-to-date, tastefully decorated, and well cared for. We particularly liked the very private outdoor pool area overlooking a small lake and the ambient landscape lighting at night. Jen and Alexis were very nice, easy to work with, and readily available by phone or text when needed. Our four weeks went by much too quickly and we hope to return again in the near future!

Great House

Beautiful home-wonderful owners!!!!

This is by far the best home I have encountered on VRBO!!!! It was spotless with all the amenities you need. The home is beautiful— the view is wonderful and the location in a gated community was the best!! The owners were responsive and so pleasant !! I would recommend this home to anyone looking for a stay in Naples!! It is close to everything you might need and a nice quiet neighborhood. Absolutely gorgeous!!!!
