The host Lauren and Jen is the best. They communicated with us the from beginning to end. We were informed of an AC problem by the hosts. But the problem was quickly fixed. We almost froze Lol. The kitchen was fully stocked. If you drink coffee bring creamer. The townhouse is beautiful. My family and I were very pleased. Will stay again..

Third time staying on these properties. This was a different house than the first two. All 3 stays were perfect. Hosts are super accommodating, and the place is well stocked and super comfortable. We have also recommended it to several others who all have loved it.

AMAZING house!

Perfect Setting for Women's Getaway Weekend

The Dollhouse was the ideal setting for my friends and me to celebrate our golden years. We felt like we were staying in Barbie's dollhouse. Everything was perfect, and the owners were the consummate hostesses! We could not have picked a better location for our weekend getaway. I highly recommend this place and would love to book it again.

Beyond gorgeous

I can’t say enough about our experience at the doll house. The check in process was so easy and Lauren gave extremely clear instructions on how to access the house. The house is GORGEOUS. We were greeted by snacks and drinks, which were very much appreciated after a long drive. The house was clean and had so many thoughtful touches. Lauren left a list of recommended activities and restaurants. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, and only a short distance to Broadway, Vanderbilt, and Centennial Park. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you’d need to make a meal if you wanted. There was also a great selection of teas, which I loved after having a hot bath in the huge bathtub. This place would be ideal for a bachelorette party. I was there with my family and it was also perfect for us. This is the only place I will be staying from now on in Nashville and I am going to recommend it to everyone I know.

Amazing Stay for a Girls’ Trip!This Vrbo was absolutely perfect for our girls’ trip to Nashville! The space was amazing—plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy. One of our favorite parts was the super cute photoshoot area, which made for some great memories.We were pleasantly surprised to arrive and find drinks in the fridge and snacks on the counter—such a thoughtful touch! The host was incredibly responsive whenever we had questions, making everything smooth and stress-free. Checkout was a breeze, with only needing to lock the doors.If you’re looking for a stylish, spacious, and hassle-free stay in Nashville, this is the place to book. We absolutely loved our stay! Had a group of eight. Don’t think we could’ve asked for anything more! The house was beautiful and had everything we needed! We got snowed in a day. A gem of an offering

The Doll House did not disappoint and, in many ways, exceeded our expectations. Of the many VRBOs in which we've stayed, this one was the best appointed with plenty of toiletries/supplies, a lovely welcome package of treats and refreshments, comfy beds and even comfier blankets. I particularly appreciated that the hosts did not specify check-out requirements (e.g., taking out garbage, loading the dishwasher, etc.). Though we still did many of the typical tasks, it was a treat that they were not mandated ... it felt like more of a vacation as a result. Suggestions for the future: 1. Put one king bed in the primary bedroom (instead of two smaller ones). 2. Develop set ups in all bedrooms where phones can easily be charged at bedside tables/power is accessible from that spot. A wonderful stay and experience -- thank you!

Loved Our Stay!

We felt blessed to have found this property on such short notice after our other reservation canceled due to a maintenance issue; we definitely got the better deal as a result. Cannot say enough good things about how easy it was to work with Lauren; check in & check out instructions were very clear and thorough; she even gave us very specific directions to share with our Uber drivers for how to find the unit and pick us up; she responded immediately to any message or issue we left her; welcome snacks & drinks were waiting upon our arrival and she even offered us a complimentary late check out and additional night stay! The unit was decorated so well, the beds were comfortable, and the AC worked extremely well. We loved our stay, will definitely book again when traveling to Nashville, and have already shared the list info with two friends!

The PERFECT bachelorette spot!!!!

If I could give this property a 100/10 I would! The space is the PERFECT layout for a large group. Large common areas, plenty of washrooms, and SUPER comfy beds. Lauren went above and beyond to make sure the place was perfect upon arrival, and was very accomodating with a late checkout and was always quick to answer questions. The place was in a great area, a quick walk to Starbucks and a less than 10 minute Uber to broadway. Would 1000% recommend if you are debating booking this property.

Fabulous place

We were so excited about our stay at this beautiful property and it didn’t disappoint! It was perfect for our family. Plenty of space for everyone! The gathering area of the kitchen and family room were great for hanging out and playing games too! We also enjoyed coffee on the porch! Just a short easy Uber ride to Broadway & the airport. Ubers were very easy to get too! Thank you for a great trip- would definitely stay again in the future!!!

New Year's Get Together

This property was perfect for our girls trip, celebrating my 60th birthday! Plenty of room for 9 of us. All the amenities plus extras to make our stay easy! Quick Uber ride to anywhere and very quiet neighborhood. Lauren was amazing in answering questions, giving suggestions for our visit, and having the home ready for us! Highly recommend!!

The property is beautiful
 The pictures are representative of what you get!! The owner is very accommodating and will to assist with any request. The property is very convenient to Nashville downtown and the foodie scene. The property is very clean and comfortable
. This is the second time we have stayed in one of their properties and they exceed expectations
. Can’t wait to our return to Nashville in the summer of 2023 and we know where we will be staying
