The apartment was about a 20 minute walk to Broadway but nothing was super close by. The property felt safe and secure and in a good area. The apartment was nice, but somethings were kinda falling apart. The secondary bedrooms bathroom door was loose at the hinges and the door was somewhat difficult to operate. The balcony has turf on the floor it was ripped up in spots and the cushions on the chairs were falling apart. One of the chairs in the living room also had a large stain on the cushion and we found gum sticking out from the bottom of one of the coffee tables. Overall our stay was good and it was just these few minor issues. I would recommend this stay for the price we paid.

All linen and bedding was not cleaned. The ceiling fan was not operational. The desk clerk/ staff stated that they will fix it. It never happened during our stay. We were able to hear the noise from the motor vehicle traffic and the tenants above was always moving objects around. The surrounding area was very trashy.
