Step into our thoughtfully designed East Nashville guesthouse—perfect for couples & solo travelers. Nestled in one of the city’s most walkable neighborhoods, you’ll be close to local favorites like Mas Tacos, Lyra, Peninsula, Folk, Xiao Bao, Redheaded Stranger, & Turkey and the Wolf. Enjoy the vibrant local scene or take a 10 min drive to Broadway, Nissan Stadium, and more. Whether you're here for a weekend escape, a quiet reset, or a taste of Nashville’s rhythm, this is your ideal home base.

We live in the main house, so you might see us on the property doing yard work, enjoying our outdoor space, or taking out the trash. We are happy to meet our guests and offer recommendations if you invite the conversation, or spend your time in seclusion and peace.

We have a two friendly cats named Kip and Darwin, and sometimes they spend time in the backyard. Please be mindful when you open the gate to avoid releasing them off the property.

Enter through the alley behind the main house to find parking and guest access. Self check in with keypad can be found on the other side of the gate.

The primary guest of a confirmed reservation must execute a rental agreement and complete ID verification via Hospitable (required before check-in). Stays longer than 30 nights are subject to host approval.
