This property is awesome! Just didn’t like how our room was on the other side of the world really difficult to walk there especially being pregnant and after a long day. Other than that it was great.

The front desk gave away my room and left me with no place to stay after i had talked to someone directly the night of my reservation because my flight was canceled. They assured me my reservation would be checked in and i would just have to stop by the next day when i arrived to get my key and pay my deposit. I would be charged for the one night i didnt stay but would have a room for the rest of my stay. When they said i didnt have a room, I waited for a manager to clear up what was clearly a mistake on their part and all the front desk staff did was give me excuse after excuse even when i showed them the call log on my phone regarding when i called. I didnt stay at this hotel because they gave away my room and left me stranded in an unfamiliar town with no alternate options. The nearest available room was super sketchy motel 6 and they had way better front desk staff.
