Pros: Location
Cons: See comments above. Try and elevate performance to match Hilton and Marriott properties.

1. Bathrooms dirty. 2. Amenities not comparable to competition. 3. Some staff were very indifferent. 4. Not recognized as Gold member of IHG. 5. $2.68 for cup of coffee in the morning for a Gold member that travels 40-50% of the time. Really?? 6. Reward points not credited for the stay since it was booked through a third party. 3 rooms - zero points, will not be using third party booking in the future. Guaranteed!!

Good stay

Rooms and staff great. No air conditioning in the hallways or elevator. Rooms said they had refrigerators but the two rooms we had did not. Wasn't a crisis for us. Otherwise goid stay.
