The owners did not clear the driveway off snow all day on Saturday, which I was informed of when I called them. I explained that as it had been snowing all day, my car wouldn't be able to get into the driveway, it would get stuck and can they please shovel at least my parking spot. I was therefore first told by one of the owners that he "can't do anything, he's in Toronto". Later I received a message saying that maybe they will clear it, after all.
When I arrived to check in, not only was snow not cleared at all and my car could not get in, but there was a big car parked in the middle of the driveway blocking any access whatsoever.
At 11 pm I was forced to look for a different accommodation. What is more, owners are refusing to refund all the money, saying "Talk to Expedia about that". I am requesting a full refund of everything I paid. Hoping that Expedia and the owners will fix at least some of the discomfort they caused.
Lovely overnight stay. We had the Comfort Room (204). It was nice but could have used more outlets. No place to plug in your phone charger by the bed. Maybe just a power strip or extension cord would solve that.
Breakfast was very good and check in and out was easy.
Anna's B&B was a great place for our two-day visit to Niagara Falls. Check in was a breeze, done over the phone. The whole place was immaculate and our bed was very comfortable. The bathroom and shower were spotless. Breakfast was served from 8:30 to 9:30 each morning and was healthy and delicious. Rosanna, the cook, and her husband treated my wife and me like royalty. It is about a 10 minute walk along Dunn Street to the Niagara Falls viewpoints. When we arrived we were greeted with yellow construction tape because one of the two sidewalkd to the front door had just been poured with new concrete - the tape had been removed by our second day at Anna's. All in all, a great stay.
Very nice place. Breakfast made to order. Very friendly staff. Step was cracked/broken from driveway to house, and not much light at front door to see keypad were biggest issues. Lovely stay.
Great little bed and breakfast in a very local part of Niagara Falls. Good dining options within 5 minutes drive. Rooms are very cozy. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a place in Niagara.
Adorable little b&b. Clean. Quiet. We had the superior room with the sitting area. Nice size. Bathroom had a nice high sided tub for a soak after walking all day. Instructions with door codes were clear and came way before arrive. No issues. Owner was friendly at breakfast and the food was good. I would recommend and return
Very private accomodation in a convenient location with parking. Lots of restaurants in the area and not too far from the falls. The owners were very nice and we enjoyed the breakfast, although the breakfast options were very limited it tasted good. The room was clean and had everything we needed, it was just very loud and bright at night from the street next to the house.
What a gem this Bnb is. I loved it and stayed 2 extra days. Rosana makes a wonderful cooked breakfast!! Such a warm and friendly environment. Best sleep Iâve had in ages when travelling. Highly recommend this Bnb!!!
