Always stay here for our Niagara trips, easily walkable to falls area, 10 min walk to Clifton hill, Fallsview casino right across the street, parking included with price and not an extra charge. Front desk staff are always very friendly and courteous, and very quick to check you in and respond to requests. Only one issue where both elevators were broken morning of checkout, it happens… but housekeeping staff could have done better notifying guests standing and waiting in front of the elevators by simply putting a sign up.

The first room had ants all over the bathroom floor, the TV did not work, the fridge did not work. We got moved to a different room and at 2:30am there was a bunch of people partying in the hall way and the room beside us. Nit a good stay at all

No power plug on the tv, refrigerator was off, room key card failed twice when we are entering the room. Need to go to the front desk to reset the key card. A bit hassle cause we need to wait for the elevator too cause one is in service.

The service was good . I booked 2 queen size beds and got 2 double beds the comforter on the second bed had big yellow stains on the blanket and the 1 chair the leather was peeled off the back rest of chair and had a very hard time Hocking up to the wifi. The hall ways just as cold as outside. The food in the restaurant was awesome and very good price for the food was awesome price and the staff very friendly and nice and helpful.
