The hotel room is not even close to the pictures on the website. The concierge (a gentleman who was talking on his cellphone) was not at all welcoming, informative, or firendly. He treated us as people who have to stay at the hotel and have no other choice. The guy hardly even answered to any questions.
We were given a room outside the main building. We were never informed of this on the website. The room had single layered windows, so you can get a good share of the street noise. There were no elevators to the room and we had to take the stairs to go up two stories. There was only view of the parking, far from the desrcibed "Falls View".
The faucet at the sink was moving and part of the water poured over the surface around the sink.
The bed was old and squeaked heavily as you tossed about, making loud noise.
The bathroom, towels, linens, and the room were clean. The cleaning lady was friendly and helpful.
Overall, if they improve the above mentioned technical problems, provide honest information about the rooms on the website, and train their conierge people, it can be a good place.
