The Inn was easy to find and in a very nice location. The staff person on duty was friendly and polite. The room was spacious and very clean with a very nice and comfortable bed. We didn't find anything that needed attention. It was only a 1 night stay and we enjoyed our stay.

Love this place! Very spacious, clean and comfortable room. All the staff we encountered were very pleasant and helpful and truly seemed to love what they do. The location was superb in close proximity to the "boardwalk" and all the great restaurants in town. Stumbled upon this gem and will eventually stumble back!

The boardwalk and beach can be reached a short walk across Main street through a parking lot and the "hole in the wall" under railroad tracks. Thisisnot the season for lounging on a beach but a walk on the boardwalk is nice. I always enjoy watching the trains go by.

Their was no bolt lock, the place is old and needs repair. The coffee is terrible. There was a cobstant loud shaking rumble above or below me, like a giant washing machine on spin. I didnt sleep well due tge shaking and noise and lack of a real lock on the door.

Superlatively clean! Fresh flowers left in room. Very quiet location and easy parking. Excellent management resolved confusion caused by Expedia. Book directly with Niantic Inn and get free beach pass! Walkable to best Niantic beaches and restaurants.

No frills, over priced

The place is ok. If your only concern is being at the boardwalk or hole in the wall beach then it’s fine. They offered a charger and noise machine which were nice touches. Had chairs and toys the kids could use at the beach. However, we booked a “suite” and it was just a small room. The bathroom is very tiny. There is a rug which in this day and age is just gross. The skincare products are nothing great. We wanted an extra blanket and opened the one extra in the closet. Smelled like it hasn’t been washed in a long time. There is no staff after 7 pm so no one for any help unless you want to pay extra for a help call. Then tou had to wash your own dishes or get a fine. If I wanted to do that I would have went to an air bnb for the same cost.

The small touches made this great!

My son and I had a great time. Hotel staff at check-in was absolutely fantastic as well as check out. My son and I travel often and he is 11, and he was so impressed with the little goodie bag he was given when we arrived as well as the peppermints in the room, and the fact that there was a cute little tea tray on the bed with tea and cups. The modern appearance of the rooms and bathroom mixed with these things made my son feel very fancy.
