The hotel property needs a lot of work. It’s very old. Even the steps coming in kind of falling apart, it’s not kept up in things The poor maintenance guy is so overworked that he even has to work helping and do the breakfast in the morning for the napkins and making sure this coffee

The building is a bit out of date and needs work in alot of places. First impression when I got to the hotel was not too good, the steps leading to the front entrance are cracked with pieces of cement coming off and in need of a good paint job. The handicap entrance is quite a distance away from the main lobby entrance. The room was a good size but dark, very few lights and was hard to work at the desk. The bathroom was fairly clean but was not cleaned well after a recent ceiling repair over the shower. Still paint stains on the floor and wall. The free breakfast should not even be called a breakfast, more like a snack. Nothing warm other than the toast you prepare. No jam for the toast but they did have peanut butter but one of the packets I had tasted very stale. The juices were very diluted with very little flavor. The hot beverage selection was coffee, never noticed hot water for tea or a decaf selection. The staff I encountered were very friendly and helpful. I may stay here again but the price would have to drop considerably.

Staff was very appauligetic for condions beyond there control and went out of there waay to help us. No handicap access available to use for entry. Went for breakfast 45 min. Before it was to end and there was nothing there..was told they would not be replentishing any more today to try again tomorrow. Bathroom was moldy and romm in general was outdated but clean. No pool etc open all in disrepair. The restaurant was closed down for probably the same reason.

Ramada Stay

We had to switch rooms when we arrived there was a wet dog smell in the room. We moved to another room, the headboard was detached from the wall. The bathroom sink had shaving stubble in it. The room phone was covered in dust. The last night we had to turn on the heat only to shut it off an hour later with a smell of burning electrical. Stay away from free breakfast, yogurt was sour, nothing is was kept cool, a block of cream cheese was sitting in a bowl for everyone to share, they are very limited on items. To say the least we will not be returning

If you can afford it stay else where

Friendly at check-in. Entrance is rough and needs maintenance and a refresh. Rooms are dated. Bathroom tiles were cracked and chips of tile were in the corner by the tub, likely for a long time. Leads one to wonder if the floors were cleaned. Plumbing was loud and the toilet ran steadily. Beds were fairly hard but clean. Continental breakfast has limited choices and there is no restaurant. Rates are a little high for the quality.

Poor!

The place is in terrible condition need painting and a good cleaning. We were there for 3 days never made beds and we had to ask for coffee and towels. The swimming pool was in terrible condition none operational and dirty. Not a very happy customer:(

The online photos of this property are entirely misleading... the building is run down and falling apart, the pool was a half filled green science experiment, and the rooms had peeling wall paper, shattered photo frames, and the halls have a horrible musty smell. We were told there would be a $50 surcharge to check in early (despite the hotel being empty), and were not even able to get more than 1 room key. Do not stay here!!
