It was fine for a less expensive option. If we had needed to stay multiple days the kitchen would have been nice but we just had a short overnight stay. Nice to get 2 bedrooms but shared everthing else since traveling with my brother. The ability to do laundry was a bonus. People at the front desk were nice. Was a little weird to be back in a college dorm room! All in all well worth the money.

The bedding on both beds were not changed. There was hair on the sheets. Absolutely gross. They had a brown fleece blanket that was covered in so much tiny black hairs. Wish I had taken better pictures.

I understand why the college was renting out units for accomodation and we appreciate the low rates, but there was no microwave, at the very least when it comes to amenities you must provide a microwave, nice full size fridge, but no microwave. Put in a microwave, you get 5 stars for the low rates!

Very clean, we were in North Bay for my Mother 92nd birthday, decided to spend 5 days, if you plan on eating in unit or watching tv bring your own toaster, microwave, pots, pans and dishes. No couch or living room but for the price it worked well for us, we will use this place on our next visit

The only things I didn't like is that there is nothing to cook with, not everyone can travel with or buy 1 use cooking things like pots etc. A microwave at least and a kettle would be great. Also security is very rude. If you need the accessible parking, DISPLAY YOUR CARD! It is the law. My friend needed that parking and it was taken by a man who did not display it like he should. After we were told he's waiting for it in the mail by his wife, security told my friend it didnt need to be in the window and the man showed it to him so that's good enough. Yes, my friend was rude to the wife but she was also very rude. Security basically called her a liar about the situation and my friend was forced to park a ways away from where she should have been.
