Great Resort - A Suite in Need of some TLC

The Krystal Grand is a nice property with a fantastic layout that seamlessly transitions from the pools to the ocean, making for an enjoyable experience. We made great use of both the pools and the beach area. The location was another highlight, offering easy access to an excellent path system for cycling and running. The resort amenities were also impressive, and we appreciated the daily entertainment, which added a lively atmosphere.However, our experience with the unit itself and the communication between the property manager (Naya) and the resort left room for improvement. While Naya was very responsive, they often had their hands tied when coordinating with the resort. This led to situations where we were passed back and forth between the two parties to resolve issues.Here are some of the key concerns we encountered:WiFi & TV Issues – The provided WiFi password was incorrect at check-in, requiring us to track down the correct information. The TVs were also not set up properly, preventing us from streaming—a key feature when traveling with kids who need a break from the sun. Additionally, the TV quality was poor, making it difficult to watch live sports.Cleanliness – The kids’ bedding was not clean upon arrival; we found sand and hair in the beds and had to change the sheets ourselves.Air Conditioning – The air conditioning in the main room and kids' room stopped working halfway through our stay and was never fixed.Security Concern – The main patio door l

Perfect Stay

Our family enjoyed vacationing with friends in this condo at Krystal Grand. The whole process of staying at the condo and resort was pleasurable from beginning to end. Naya Homes was attentive to every question from the beginning of the reservation to check-out. Perfect, beautiful vacation!
