Terrific rooftop patio with lovely pools, lounge areas, and panoramic views. The hotel was immaculately clean, and full of lush plantings everywhere which made the whole place so pleasant and relaxing. The staff were equally wonderful… extremely polite and attentive. My wife and I felt very well looked after during our stay and would go back in a heartbeat!

Great staff, one unfortunate event

The wait staff at the restaurant upstairs were all great! I'm give a shout out to Angel, David, Victor, and Paola. There were more, but I can't remember all names. I did have an incident with the young manager downstairs. My wife and I let off some steam have a few drinks when we first arr I ve, and we were both very tired. My wife ordered some drinks for the room for the evening and he never sent them. I went down to the front desk later and asked about it. He said he didn’t send it because why wife was drunk. For the record, she was not. Mostly she was tired. We had only a few hours of sleep for a couple of days. I had to confront him about it in a civil way later. That was very unfortunate. He also seemed to avoid us for the remainder of the week and a half we were there.

First time I stayed I did receive a compliment bottle but the second time I was not offered. Everything was amazing except the receptionist uniform it was one of the ugliest uniforms I have ever seen and it kind of stands out and takes the view away from enjoying the view of the hotel

We loved how clean and quiet the hotel was! The location was only about a 15 minute walk from Nuevo Vallarta beach and the breakfast was delicious. Thank you for the great stay!
