Access using a Stairs to the Sand And Water. Stairs are there due to storms that can be rough

Lots of Deck Space-Newly Furnished !
Situated on Lake Erie, it is 20 Minutes from the Jet Express and Port Clinton
30 Minutes from Cedar Point . Its a Great Location ! Parking for 3 cars, but other areas are available.

1 King Bed 3 Queen Beds 8 Twin Beds and two Couches that convert to Queens in the loft.

Wet bar and Living area on 1st floor with Fridge
2nd Floor Dining area seats 10 including 2 stools. Washer and Dryer in the home. Huge Living room with 2nd Living area in Loft. Bunkbed room holds 8 twin beds. 4 Full Bathrooms

Parking: 3 Spots at House,3 more next to house by Firepit We added parking next door to hold more if needed.

We had 7 guys for a hunting trip and needed some room. House was comfy and had plenty of room. Also has a nice deck with great views of the lake. Owner was very responsive and would book again.

My longtime friends and sorority sisters from back in college met at Beachnuts for our annual reunion. We spent an absolutely delightful week exploring the area daily. Check-in and security was so easy and well established. We ate breakfasts and lunches in, went out to dine in each evening. There are SO many great choices nearby! The kitchen is very well equipped to cook for twenty or more! The six of us were quite content to sit at either big table, on the comfortable top porch or in the kitchen/dining area. We spent many fun hours playing cards at both as well, all the while enjoying the fabulous views!
Fabulous porch for viewing sunrises and sunsets!
Lots of local animals can be seen on morning walks.

Beachnuts Stay

My family had a great time at the Beachnuts home at Lake Erie. The home was exceptionally clean, well-appointed and the view of Lake Erie was amazing. Would definitely recommend and would stay again!

Spacious family time with views for days!

The kids are growing up so we had to get the cousins together- ages 14-23- and we couldn’t have found a more perfect spot! The house was so comfy and well-equipped
 everything we needed to cook, lounge, relax and take in beautiful Lake Erie. The family room’s large comfortable couches let us all gather for family game nights and so many laughs. Fire pit was a favorite. We sure hope to come back next summer!

Training and bonding weekend

I am a Sr Hi Cross Country coach and was looking for a place to stay with 12 of my high school athletes that provided us with space to run, comfortable spaces to sleep as well as water to enjoy. This home FAR exceeded my expectations. The house smelled brand new when we walked in. New appliance, carpeting, beds, etc. So very clean and comfy. The bedrooms were amble sized and the bunk room held all my boy athletes comfortably. The back of the house is AMAZING! The view alone is spectacular but we had what felt like the entire Lake Erie to ourselves! It was nice and shallow for a good ways which I greatly appreciated for safety reasons and my athletes took advantage of it after their runs and just for fun. The outside seating and dining space is great as well. I honestly have nothing negative to say. The home was actually beyond as advertised. The owner communicated as needed. Responded quickly to questions and the code lock door made our arrival check in super quick. Thanks again for the great stay!!

Toledo / Lake Erie Fun!

We were 6 adults with 7 adultish children visiting the Toledo / Lake Erie area for a long weekend and had an absolute blast! The house was perfect - very nice work on the remodel! The adults each had a bedroom, and the kids enjoyed some great bonding & fun in the loft area. The house was very well equipped; we found ourselves wanting for nothing. Ted was a great host & checked on us to make sure all was well. The decks are lovely and provide a wonder vantage point to watch all the lake activity and to view the stars at night. We highly recommend this property for your large group!

Grant Family week on Lake Erie

The property is in great shape and was most suitable for our group. The property manager was most attentive to our needs and wishes. I would recommend this property to multigenerational family stay overs.
