It was a last-minute stop at this property, but I’m so glad I chose it. The front desk staff were incredibly polite and welcoming — they made me feel right at home. They answered all my questions patiently, and the check-in process was smooth and hassle-free. Great service overall!

Service and hotel were excellent

Maia at the fromt desk was awesome. I watched and listened to her help the guest in front of of meand then me. She was really knowledgeable, fast and efficient. Perfect example of greeat customer service! She should be the manager if not already. Hotel was also very well kept. I will stay there again since they have a shuttle to the airport for $10.

worried about air traffic noise? Do not be . TRIPLE windows keep the noise out. The pool was cold. Not just cool, but quite cold. The breakfast was good. The staff or system is unable to process more than one credit card for a room, which is unfortunate if you are travelling with friends, and they are unable to take cash. also disappointing is this new trend to charge for parking at these hotels, which was an ADDED 16 dollars per night. Lastly, its a long story but I believe their software in antiquated, which may be challenging for travellers in some circumstances. Location is easy access to airport.
