Stayed here during the Sea Hear Now Festival in Asbury. Was the perfect location to easily get to the event but be far enough away to avoid the crowds.Also provided easy access to Cookman Street with its various restaurants and shops.The place was well maintained with all the necessary amenities.Highly recommend staying here.

A lot of thought went into this apartment....it lacked for nothing. My husband and I were there for two months while taking care of our grandson. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to eat in. The place was SO clean. We loved hanging out on the front porch and bbqing and eating on the charming patio. Cody and Alexandra were wonderful hosts, responded to all questions almost immediately. We will stay here again....thank you Cody, Alexandra and the rest of the team that made this such a special summer for our family.

What a cute little gem!

This apartment is probably one of my most favorite places that we've ever rented. The neighborhood has so much charm and is safe. The check-in process was simple and the host was very responsive. The apartment was super clean, cozy, the beds are comfortable, and the apartment has all the amenities you could possibly need. If I came back to the area, I would definitely stay here again!

Exactly what was advertised.

We visited Asbury Park for a music festival, and this property was perfect! Cody was an amazing and accommodating host. For example, we needed to iron some clothing prior to dinner on Friday evening, and couldn't find an ironing board. I messaged Cody, and when we came back from a long afternoon of shopping, there was a brand-new iron and ironing board waiting for us on the front porch. We felt like kids on Christmas morning. I highly recommend staying here and will do it again when we come back for next year's music festival.

Nice property could use some TLC tho. Towel racks were off the wall in the bathroom. Dishwasher didn't work. No clothes hangers so we had to drape our clothes over chairs etc. Bulb out in the range hood and knobs missing.

Cute modern apartment

We loved the beach-y colors and functional simplicity of this apartment. The little kitchen was wonderful, the bathroom was very clean, the surfaces all seemed recently updated and fresh. It was well-equipped for anyone wanting to use technology, although we didn’t use that aspect at all. The owner and I had some problems communicating, but I think they were due to the VRBO system itself. For example, we didn’t receive emails from VRBO with check-in or check-out instructions. The map of the listing location prior to receiving the dress also made it seem like it was 10 blocks closer to our family reunion, so we had to walk a lot every day. We also ended up staying out later at our family’s home because short trips to and from were not an option, and we must have made noise when coming back around the “quiet time”. It was very sweet that the owner noticed we had a baby with us and had a pack n play set up upon arrival. A couple days into our stay the owner brought to our attention very kindly that our kids were too loud for the downstairs tenants even during the day. In this way the listing might not be as family friendly for families with toddlers who simply cannot regulate their bodily movements in everyday living on creaking floors. We were never treated unkindly about it, but it made us uncomfortable to know we couldn’t “follow the rules”. Please note that there is a wonderful trundle bed because it blends in so well! Overall we loved the apartment itself and recommend it.
