Disappointed

While the house is beautiful it needs to be updated from the appliances to the pool. I notified them about the pool not being cleaned and was told it was clean yet the dirty toy that was in the pool at check-in was still there after they claimed that it had been clean. The house was infested with ants in the kitchen and bathroom in the master suite. The lights went out for a day while we were there as well. While the lady I spoke to was polite she also seemed to be annoyed that I had so many complaints. With the money that was spent i expected so much more and the community was beautiful. Compared to the other houses in the community this was the lowest of the low.

When we arrived it was late, so we were not able to see anything but the thin (uncomfortable) mattresses. The pool was in need of a vacuum and cleaning. The pool man did come to get the bugs off the top of the water and add something. My sister reported that she saw droppings in the living room around the baseboards in the living room and her room. There were random items from the previous renters. The furniture needs to be replaced, as you sit almost on the floor when sitting on the sofas. I appreciate the amount of space and the location of the home. Just would needs updating.

This is a NIGHTMARE! Do not reserve, THEY DID NOT PAY ELECTRICITY, I was there with my family, and we have 3 babies younger than 1yo we did not have electricity after a day outside, the a/c did not work, bed was nasty we had to clean the bed because they weren't clean. THIS PLACE HAS TO BE REMOVE FROM EXPEDIA! We want to have a good family vacation, and this place ruined one of our nights. It was very frustrating, adding that the trash can was full of trash and there wasnt a trash bag, very very nasty place. DO NOT RESERVE THERE..

This place needs to be removed from Expedia. There were roaches in the house when we arrived we called the company they said they would come out and no one ever came the entire time we stayed there. It was hot the air did not work upstairs, The cable company showed up to take the boxes as the cable hadn’t been paid. So yes you read that right we couldn’t watch TV. Not to mention the hard box springs being used for a bed in all rooms. Do not book this house.

Nice house but outdated and dirty.

The home is nice but appliances are outdated and broken - fridge has broken shelving, oven has missing inner glass and cleaner left inside - dishwasher took 3 tries to clean the blender. Sign posted you can not set AC unit below 75* or the unit will freeze and they will charge you $200 to repair. Ceiling fans on high make awefull noise so you are never really comfortable cool. The cleaning service did a very poor job with hair in drain, toenail clippings on bedroom floor, stains on carpet, mold around pool, cheerios on kitchen floor, lint in dryer, and I could write my name in the dust on the table, etc., etc., etc. The hot water heater does not support the large tub as it only fills 1/2 way before running cold. There is no skimmer net for the pool and the pool furniture was worn and torn. Also 3 screens around pool are not attached so bugs get in the area. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes and silverware but not alot of pots and pans. The BBQ grill looks like it has not been cleaned ever. Fire Extinquishers had no charge - last inspect 2017. Neighborhood was nice and quiet. Easy access to all attractions. Would be great house if everything was updated and you don't mind cleaning the house before you enjoy your vacation. I advised house management of these issues and advised I could send pictures but as of 2 days after visit not a word from them. The emergency number they leave on the counter goes straight to busy signal the entire 5 days there.
