Pet-Friendly Homes Charges and Damage Protection Fee conditions:

Please let us know if you are bringing a pet, how many pets, their weight, and breed.
Pet weight max: 35 lbs. / Maximum 2 if they are small pets.

-Pet Damage Protection Fee: $250.00 Refundable:

The Pet Damage Protection Fee covers damages and is refundable if the house is in the same condition it was received when we conduct our check-out inspection. Any damages caused by the guest's pet(s) to the property during the stay are the guest's responsibility. Any repairs will be charged or deducted from the guest's Damage Protection Fee or credit card on file. Charges are processed or requested after booking.

We offer our guests a professional laundry service delivered to the house. Bed linen, bath towels, pool towels, hand towels, bathroom floor mats, and kitchen rugs are available for all guests. (We do not provide washcloths.) The number of towels is according to the house occupancy; there are no extras.

LONG STAY EXTRA CLEANING:
Please keep in mind that any reservations longer than 21 days are subject to extra cleaning services. Cleaning fees vary according to the size of the house. We offer Regular Cleaning that includes towels and bed linens wash and is the same price as the cleaning fee for your house. We also offer Mid-stay Cleaning that does not include washing towels and bed linens, and the price is almost half of the regular cleaning fee. We can add the additional cleaning after the booking is processed.

We are offering our guests a professional laundry service delivered to the house. Bed linen, bath towels, hand towels, bathroom rugs, kitchen towels, and pool towels are available for all guests. Please note: The number of towels is according to the house capacity, and there are no extra sets; guests can use the washer and dryer machine inside the house. We do not provide washcloths.

PACKAGES (ONLINE PURCHASES):
If the online seller uses USPS, it will not be delivered as the Post Office does not recognize vacation homes as regular addresses, and the package will be returned to the sender. Only UPS, DHL, and FedEx deliver there. In some resorts, the packages are delivered to the clubhouse (fees may apply); some resorts may not accept them. Please keep in mind that we are not responsible for unexpected issues with your online purchases. If you have any questions, please contact us.

GARBAGE:
1) No trash is allowed to be stored outside the unit entrance or anywhere other than THE DUMPSTER.
2) ALL TRASH must go directly inside the dumpster and be in plastic bags.
3) NO BIG TRASH ITEM(S) in the dumpster, including furniture.
4) CARDBOARD BOXES are to be broken down and placed INSIDE the dumpster. Failing to follow these rules will result in a $100 penalty fee according to the community rules.

ENTRY INTO HOME/KEY/CODE:
You will receive home arrival instructions 3 days prior to your stay at your email address on file.

You go straight to the house with an electronic door code that we will provide with your arrival instructions. There is no key to pick up. The door functions with a code keypad.

*For your safety, this home is equipped with security cameras outside by the front door.

Now that you are ready to book our home, kindly inform us after booking if you are bringing a pet. After the reservation is complete, you will receive an email request for an electronic signature for our rental agreement; please check your junk mail to find it. (Airbnb guests don't receive this email).

PARKING:
No trailers, RVs, or golf carts are allowed to park in the community or in the driveway of the homes.

HOUSEKEEPING:
There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee.

FOOD:
As per Florida law, we are not allowed to leave open food in the refrigerators or kitchen closets; hence, all food items will be removed after the guest checks out, and no supply of items such as condiments, coffee, or cooking oil will be provided prior to check-in.
