Plenty of room. Kids loved the private pool. Clubhouse amenities were great, though I do wish the splash pad had been heated like the rest of the pools. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The host was very accommodating. The communication was great. However there were some amenities missing from the home that we expected to have, for instance, there were a pool balls missing from the pool table, which is one of the reasons we booked the home. Other than that the house was immaculate.

The host was great, there were so many amenities that I wish we had more time to enjoy, the house was clean and roomy and absolutely perfect. And for an grrat price! The kitchen had everything you need to cook, and I think this is the first house I've rented that everything worked in. The only issue I had was I kept walking into the bed frame in the downstairs master bedroom, but that's just my own clumsiness. I will definitely book here if I go back to visit. I highly recommend this house and host. Thank you so much for such a memorable week in Florida!

Arun is truly a credit to hosting. Responsible, responsive and could not do more for us. The best pool heating we have had in Florida an we have rented many times. If we go back, we will make sure to contact Arun fist!

Fabulous Place to stay

This properly was amazing and easily acceptable to everything we required. I would highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a good home to stay in when visiting Florida, Champions Gate resort. The owner of this home was very accommodating and very nice to talk to. If there was anything we required, he was right on it. I highly recommend this home.

Family Vacation

House is huge and fit our family of 8 perfectly with space to spare. Pool and hot tub were delightful. Kids loved the movie room upstairs, it was used every day/night. The gated community is very pretty and clubhouse was great. We rented a cabana on our last day (near the tiki bar) and loved every minute of it. Although we were unaware that there was a second clubhouse that was bigger than the one we visited. A few things I would add is there was no pot holders in the kitchen, so I would definitely add those. One roll of toilet paper per bathroom was provided, which was great, but for a family of 8 for 9 days, not enough. Just a suggestion to maybe provide 2 rolls per bathroom. Also not provided was paper towels or trash bags. Not saying it needs to be provided for the entire stay but one or 2 to start would be great. We were more than happy to wash the towels but did have to buy laundry detergent to do so. We actually left a half of bottle of detergent for the next guests, we weren’t about to add that to our suitcase. We weren’t a huge fan of the charcoal grill but it did its job. I will say when I reached out to our host he was very quick to respond and very pleasant. Again the house is big and beautiful location was nice. Close to Disney and not an awful ride to universal. If I ever brave Disney again I would hesitate to reach out to this host!!

Amazing Accommodations

We just got back home from an amazing stay at this home! Arun was beyond amazing, the house was everything we wanted and in close distant to all the parks! Our kids were in heaven with the themed rooms but I think all our favorite was our own heated pool and hot tub! Would recommend this place to anyone!

Prepare to be nickel and dimed.

I was asked about arrival time. I said we are going to grab lunch after we land and check in at 4. They offered an early check-in for $30. Little did I know this was where it all began. It wasn’t until two days before check-in that I received a message that our air-conditioned house should actually not be turned below 75. I cannot sleep in a house that is 75°. I would have liked to have known this beforehand. I was also told if we would like to heat the pool it would be $30 a day. Little did I know that the pool would be freezing cold. Also, it is advertised that there is a grill with the house. I was told if we wanted to use the grill it would be an additional $60. When we arrived at the house, the toilet paper in all the bathrooms was almost gone and nothing to restock with. No trash bags, laundry soap, dish soap, trash bags, or coffee filters. It does say in the handbook if you have time to please throw the towels in the washer. I messaged the owner asking how I should do so without laundry soap. We have used Vrbo on many houses and they all have at least a couple trash bags, a little thing of dish soap, and TP. They just messaged that there is gum on one of the comforters
$33 fee. A bed that an adult slept in. Also, that a toilet was “partially clogged” and they are charging us $75 to have a handyman use a plunger. Access to the club pool but only 3 beach towels provided. You can buy more. We were also told of a stain on the couch. This stain preceded us.

Great location with a Relaxed atmosphere.

The property was well equipped to my families needs making us feel like we were in our own home. The atmosphere was very welcoming and offered a peace of mind when it comes to safety.. The host communication was very good offering a quick response to any questions or request. We truly enjoyed our stay and would recommend to anyone looking for a spacious home away from home with a relaxing vacation Vibe. Beautiful house in a great location

We had a great stay at this house. It was a little bit of a drive to Universal Studios but it was well worth it for the price of the stay and all of the amenities! We loved the clubhouse pool and the game room and my kids watched a movie every night in the theater room upstairs. We loved the space and my group of 9 people were all happy with it. There were a few things that need to be added in the kitchen so that it is more usable, but it is my understanding that this is a new listing so this is to be expected: - a working can opener (we could not get the one in the kitchen to work) - more baking sheets (there was only one tiny baking sheet so it was hard/impossible to bake anything for 9 people - laundry detergent (this is not a must, but I tried to start a load of towels before I left (as was requested of me in the property binder) and there was not any soap to use Overall it was an amazing stay and I loved the house! I will book here again in the future
