PLEASE NOTE: VRBO has recently changed the way they display rates to guests. I actually discovered this when I booked a trip for my own family.

On the search results and property page, VRBO shows a price labeled "all fees included." However, when you proceed to the booking page, the total is higher because taxes are not included in that initial price. In our area, that's an additional 13.5%.
