This newly painted and renovated three bedroom, two bathroom 3rd floor condo is located in the highly sought after gated five-star Windsor Palms resort with easy access to the main roads yet only two miles to Disney. It provides all the necessities for a fun and relaxing vacation. High speed internet and a large LCD HD-TV in the living room and LCD TVs and DVD/VHS players in every bedroom. There is a fully equipped kitchen as well as washer and dryer! It's a short walk to the clubhouse with heated swimming pool, kiddie pool, hot tub, tennis courts, basketball court, volleyball court, playground, BBQ grills, and even a movie Theater!

A baby crib, highchair, and playpen are also included in the rent.

This is a third floor unit without elevator.

We so thankfull staying at this condo. Ben & Annie gave good information before and for the arrival at the condo. We appreciate that. The house was super comfortable, with good space and the location was perfect. We loved our stay at this condo. We recommend this condo if you are a group or you have children. We love it.
This is the master room but there is 2 more rooms.

Great host, price & location! Very clean! I appreciated that there was a fleece blanket since a storm made it cold in Kissimmee our last night. It would be nice to have the top cloth piece on the ironing board as a refrigerator that has an ice maker. I used a towel to put on the metal of the ironing board. There was 1 miniature set of shampoo, conditioner & body wash in just 1 of the bathrooms.

Excellent location

This condo was super close to everything. The neighborhood was very nice and felt safe the condo was clean and well stocked with towels and starter soap and laundry detergent. The only tiny complaint we had was the back left bedroom was warm at night even with the air conditioner on. The kids slept with the door open and a fan that that we found in the condo. But I would stay again. It is on the third floor so anyone that can’t manage stairs needs to consider another location. Very great stay

Comfortable beds

The house is situated in a central location. The beds were comfortable which is very important to us. It has nice accommodations for an infant. (Crib and high chair) The clubhouse is a short distance away and has a nice pool/hot tub if you looking to spend a day at home. There is a poolside bar that also serves food which was a big hit. All and all a great stay for the price, we would book here again. Thanks for a great stay!

The condo was great

We had no issues. The condo was very clean and orderly. The mattresses were extremely comfortable. Please note this is on a 3rd floor with no elevator so if you have mobility issues maybe not for you but aside from that it was great! Very close to Disney parks and restaurants.

Cheer Comp weekend

We were in Orlando for my daughters cheer competition at ESPN World Wide Center. We stayed for 5 days. Community was great, location perfect. Communication with owner great. Condo was in good condition. Listing mentioned a sleeper sofa when I booked, however there was not one. Owner did mention after I contacted him about it that they replaced the sofas due to the sleeper couch being old & worn out per a previous review. I did not see that review nor was a message sent stating that there was no longer a sleeper sofa. The area that I was told to take the trash that did not fit in the trash bench was blocked off & a note stated that we were not allowed to dump trash there. I had to go find a dumpster to take out all the trash that did not fit. Minor inconveniences
would just like to have known a head of time to plan accordingly. Overall a great experience & I would stay again.

Clean and close!

Easy drive to WDW and just a little further to Universal, Sea World, and the convention center. Pack TP and paper towels (for this low price it isn't a big deal). Beds were comfortable and the little balcony a great coffee spot.
