Pool and Spa:
Relax in the private pool and spa in a privacy-screened area with a furnished patio. Pool/spa heating is $45 per night (must be for the entire stay and takes 12–14 hours to heat to 90°F). Pool heating is recommended from November through May. Please request heating at booking.
Theater Room:
Equipped with a 120-inch retractable projector, Bose sound system, reclining sofas, and pub table seating.
Game Room:
Enjoy air hockey, basketball hoops, and arcade-style games for family fun.
Kids’ Amenities:
High chair, baby gates, crib, Pack 'n Play, stroller, and kid-friendly plates, bowls, glasses, and cutlery.
Guest Access
Guests will have private access to the entire house, including the patio and gated pool. Each guest will receive a unique access code 24 hours before check-in.

Additional Notes
1. Check-In/Check-Out: Check-in is after 4:00 PM, and check-out is before 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available for a small fee.

2. Trash Days: Monday and Thursday. Trash bins are located on the side of the house.

3. Pool Maintenance: Pool and hot tub are professionally cleaned every Thursday.

4. Starter Supplies: We provide essentials like toilet paper, paper towels, soap, and shampoo to get you started. Plan to purchase more for longer stays.

5. Smoking: Smoking of any kind is not allowed inside or outside on the patio. Violations result in an $800 cleaning fee.

6. Pets: This is an allergy-friendly home. No pets are allowed. Violations result in a $500 cleaning fee and cancellation of the remaining reservation days without a refund.

7. BBQ Grill: Use of the grill incurs a $35 fee for cleaning, payable before check-in.

8. Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM to ensure a peaceful environment.

9. No Parties or Events: Hosting parties or events will result in a $500 fee and immediate cancellation of the reservation without a refund.

10. Pest Control: The home is regularly treated for pests, but due to Florida's tropical climate, occasional insects may appear. Prevent issues by keeping doors and windows closed, cleaning up after meals, and disposing of trash properly.
